A round robin league (or "everyone plays everyone") is a competition format in which each participant faces all the others. In padel, each pair plays against every other pair across several matchdays, and the final standings are decided by who has accumulated the most points. It's the format of the major sports leagues and, for its fairness and balance, the most popular for club and friends' padel leagues.
The big advantage is that everyone always plays: nobody is eliminated, all pairs play the same number of matches, and the competition stays interesting until the very last matchday.
The number of matchdays depends on the number of pairs and whether you play one or two rounds:

Imagine a club league with 8 pairs. In a single round, there will be 7 matchdays. Each matchday, 4 matches are played in parallel. After the 7 matchdays, each pair will have played the other 7 exactly once, and the standings will reflect who performed best all season.
